Would RecommendThese are a nice upgrade in an old bathroom. They seem sturdy and look great. I have hung up the blow dryer cord on them. Will have to adjust while using the dryer.

not told order was short
Would RecommendWhen the lady came to the car to give the order, she never stated the order was short. When we went to do finish the customer install, we were short by 12 parts. If we had known at the time of pickup, we could have set up to pick up at another store at that time. The young lady did not even scan our phone to confirm pickup.

Would Recommendmissing parts just check the package for your screws
There was an exchange involved. The lady at customer service was so understanding, helpful & gracious in this transaction. I asked who had the most patience. She spoke right up. Sure enough, her patience & concern for me as a customer was exceptional! Give that fine woman a raise, or, at least a bonus $$$
