I would take the old style Bosch over this any day

This is not the ease of use as our 21-year-old Bosch was. It is quieter, and that is the only thing going for it when compared to our old machine. No drying coil, leave dishes and inside wet. Confusing controls and must use app to get full use of it.

Get the app for best experience

I like being able to pull up the status of the current load in the app so I know how much longer until the dishes are done. Especially since the top controls turn off after closing the door.

Quiet and efficient

Bought this to replace an old Bosch 300 series dishwasher and the improvement is impressive. It is whisper quiet, sometimes I am not sure that it is actually running (glad they included the red light). I did the installation myself and it was incredibly easy. Just plug it in, tighten the water line, and clamp the drain line. The bulk of the installation time was spent leveling and adjusting.

Lowes poor customer service

I bought a Bosch 500 series dishwasher at Lowes almost two weeks ago to replace my 11 year old Bosch 500 which had a broken door hinge, and paid for installation. It has been a very frustrating experience. Initially the process was fine, they came and installed it in four days. The problem was the first time I went to use it that night, it didn't work. Lowes told me they would have someone out within three days to inspect it, and they did send someone three days later. Apparently it has a d...

I don't want to join on line in the cloud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new dishwasher. I would like to see a better user manual that does't require I register my appliance in the cloud.. Learning by error is not a great way to learn all the functions of this dishwasher.

It is a remarkable dishwasher.

It was a little deeper than the previous dishwasher. The requirement for a plug-in made the dishwasher depth about 2" less than the previous dishwasher. I like that it cleans dishes and that it is programable for most uses.

Quiet & worth the value you pay for Bosch

Quietest dishwasher ever, easy to install, nice appearance, cleans well & lots of versatile space for dishes.

NO DELAY WASH!

This dishwasher has no delay wash on the keypad. You must sign into a home app if you want to use this feature. WHY?? I do not want to use an app to run my dishwasher! Would never have purchased this dishwasher if I had known.

This dishwasher is so quiet, I can’t even hear that it’s running! But it has a red light that shines on the floor so you know it is! I love the top third rack for big utensils and flatware.

Initial concern about no heated drying turned out not to be a big deal with the door-opening feature after the cycle. Love the third rack for silverware and the overall appearance. Would give the highest rating, but the bottom rack doesn’t roll well, making loading less than ideal..
