Masonary 1/2 inch bit.
Would Not RecommendThis bit was dull and required a hole drilled before I could even use it. It would NOT start a hole and in fact, would not even drill until I used a 1/8 inch bit to make a starter hole. Not sharp was bent when taken out and did a poor job even WHEN I had drilled a starter.

Have used better drill bits
Would Not RecommendUsed one time and drill bit was totally useless by the time I was done. Had to drill a few 1/4" holes so this 3/4" bit would get threw concrete and 1/4" bit is still good. This 3/4" bit might drill a butter bar if soft.

Would RecommendDrilled 7 inches deep into masonry brick, block and solid cinder brick like it was butter. Glad we had this bit.

DO NOT BUY...Very Disappointing!!!!
Would Not RecommendI bought this drill bit 2 weeks ago so I could drill 4 x 3/8" holes into my foundation and bolt down my gun safe. Unfortunately, this bit only drilled 1.75 holes before the tip rounded out and became ineffective. Now I have to find a bit from a different manufacture so I can finish drilling the other 2 holes. DO NOT BUY!

Not so good
Would Not RecommendI need to make swiss cheese out of my 4.5" concrete pool deck. The first three holes went reasonably well but that was it. That works out to $6.00 per hole. Nothing in the specs states you can't use the drill bit for this purpose. Wondering why other reviews refer to the durability of the drill bit? Not my experience, for sure.

Poor Quality Bit
Would Not RecommendI bought this think the SDS Plus bit would be a good one. After 15 minutes and still drilling with only penetrating about 1/4" I checked the bit. It had already gotten hot and was dull on the tip. Would not recommend to anyone.
