Ratings & Reviews for Bosch BLAZE 100-ft Indoor Red Laser Distance Measurer with Backlit Display
Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this laser measurer for its intuitive operation and reliable accuracy. Most highlight how simple it is to use—point, click, and read the measurement—making it far easier than traditional tape measures, especially in tight spaces. The compact, ergonomic design fits comfortably in pockets and tool belts for one-handed use. Professionals including real estate agents and cabinet makers trust it for precise daily measurements, often accurate to 1/32 inch. Some note the lack of a printed manual creates initial confusion, though functions become clear through trial and error. A few report minor inaccuracies or miss features like memory recall, but these are viewed as acceptable trade-offs for the affordable price and straightforward design. Overall, most customers consider it exceptional value.

Another example of elder abuse. I'm 75 and trying to read tiny white letters on a black background is nearly impossible even with a magnifying glass. Then, I can't even read instructions without a computer to download the manual to. I may never know whether this thing works or not!

Why no instructions included?
Would RecommendI agree with another reviewer about the lack of instructions. Plenty of paper included in the box but no operating instructions. They just want you to register so they can send more advertising! Cynical approach from a company that makes great products. I do like the simplicity of this. my previous model was stolen. But guys come on do better with the instructions!

Simple and straight forward
Would RecommendI really like that I can take the measurement and round all the way up to a half inch. Very accurate, I tested with a steel measuring tape. It can do continuous measuring or a "shot" measurement.

Shoot the beam across the room & see what it says
Would RecommendI like the convenience of the tape measure. It is very nice for measuring longer spaces that you may not be able to stretch you standard tape without it bending before it gets to your destination point. It is not that user friendly with some of the settings. I would definitely encourage the buyer to read the manual to see how to get to some of the set up menu's.

No Instructions
Would Not RecommendYou have to come here to find the instructions. Pain in the butt, especially if you're on a jobsite.
