Ratings & Reviews for Bosch BLAZE 100-ft Indoor Red Laser Distance Measurer with Backlit Display
Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this laser measurer for its intuitive operation and reliable accuracy. Most highlight how simple it is to use—point, click, and read the measurement—making it far easier than traditional tape measures, especially in tight spaces. The compact, ergonomic design fits comfortably in pockets and tool belts for one-handed use. Professionals including real estate agents and cabinet makers trust it for precise daily measurements, often accurate to 1/32 inch. Some note the lack of a printed manual creates initial confusion, though functions become clear through trial and error. A few report minor inaccuracies or miss features like memory recall, but these are viewed as acceptable trade-offs for the affordable price and straightforward design. Overall, most customers consider it exceptional value.

No Clickwheel
Would RecommendThere is no click wheel in the GLM100-23. Even in the diagram the clickwheel text doesn’t point to anything

Not Worth It if FREE
Bosch GLM 15 Laser Distance Measure and it was a MUCH better design, and MUCH more dependable to use. This one, the GLM100-23 Blaze, is very poorly designed in the following ways: 1. The raised button for changing the accuracy, which is just below the red arrow button, is just too easy to hit instead of the red button when you start and stop a measurement, because you are looking for the red laser dot to ensure you're taking the right location. This device needs to be able to be used "blind"; ...

No longer turns on
Would Not RecommendHasn’t even last 3 years of very minimal homeowner/DIY-er usage. Manufacture date August 2023 and believe it was received as a Christmas gift in 2023, but used sparingly over the past 2 years. Always seemed to have “low battery” when using and after replacing with brand new batteries it won’t even turn on anymore. Very disappointed with the quality of the product and would recommend looking at a different model/brand.

no instructions, no labeled buttons
Would Not Recommendzero instructions. tried watching youtube videos, none apply. the buttons are not labeled. Wanted to measure the size of kitchen cabinets no idea how to do this as online measures using a "hook" and there is no hook. Hey bosch...you enclosed a "usage" guide that had NO INSTRUCTIONS just warnings (don't look at laser)

Great tool. Bosch failed-no instructions included.
Would RecommendThis tool is compact and once you figure out *on your own* how it works, it is quite useful and appears to be most accurate. I really like this tool. If they had simply included an instruction sheet, I would have awarded an enthusiastic 5 stars.

No operation instructions
Would RecommendThis comes with absolutely no instructions. When using the scan code where it says detailed operating and safety instructions it’s just a registration form.
