Ratings & Reviews for Bosch BLAZE 100-ft Indoor Red Laser Distance Measurer with Backlit Display
Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this laser measurer for its intuitive operation and reliable accuracy. Most highlight how simple it is to use—point, click, and read the measurement—making it far easier than traditional tape measures, especially in tight spaces. The compact, ergonomic design fits comfortably in pockets and tool belts for one-handed use. Professionals including real estate agents and cabinet makers trust it for precise daily measurements, often accurate to 1/32 inch. Some note the lack of a printed manual creates initial confusion, though functions become clear through trial and error. A few report minor inaccuracies or miss features like memory recall, but these are viewed as acceptable trade-offs for the affordable price and straightforward design. Overall, most customers consider it exceptional value.

Would Not RecommendMy GLM100-23 is reading long by 3/32nd. This is a no go for trim work, even framing. I cannot find a way to calibrate. Having the ability to adjust the calibration up or down a little would be very useful and worthy of 5 stars.

Really NO Instructions!!!!!
Would Not RecommendFor the many people who actually read the instructions, are you so cheap that you can’t afford to add instructions? Very disappointing for many who would rather have a hard copy instead of a copy you store on your phone/computer that you can never find again after downloading. Come on Bosch…I shouldn’t have to beg for instructions

Disappointing replacement to prior model
Would Not RecommendI loved the prior model of this measure. It displayed 2 measurements, the one you just made, and the prior one. It was also dead-on accurate. I'm finding this measure goes over by about 1/4" on many measurements. Display takes lots of battery power, so changing batteries more often. Only display the measurement you just took.

Very Useful
Would RecommendI just bought the GLM100-23 and made some measurements. Much easier than tape. But I am very surprised it cannot do measurement in millimeters. There are just two countries in the world still on English units: Somalia and USA. I would think a measurement tool would get with progress.

Great value!
Would RecommendWorks well, quickly, and with minimal training or practice. And, as an added bonus, it works outside, too. Bought it because I could not locate my 250’ laser and was on my way to a project site. Great value and once I locate my other laser I’ll be a measuring machine! My only complaint is that it did not come with a belt pouch, which would be nice to protect the optics during storage.
