Long lasting Tool

I have hat 2 of these routers for the past 20 years. Until I wore them out. I use them for my CNC machine. with the constant use and hours of operating them at a time they have proven themselves over and over as a hard working tool.

I havent used this a lot since I just purchased it not long ago, but so far I think it's great! I'd probably rate it a 4.5 but that's not an option and I didn't want to go with a 4. The motor seems very powerful and cuts with ease. The fence is very sturdy, as is the table top. Very robust tubular steel for the stand. I use Bosch.

I have 4 of these saws used at commercial construction jobs and every motor has had to have new motor bearings replaced and all are difficult to raise the blade to the point of the bevel gears failing and needing replacing. Other features are good and precise. The saws age ranges from 4 to 10 years old and I'm writing this review in hopes that Bosch will fix these common problems. I have 40 plus years of experience and want to continue using Bosch. All other Bosch tools I own are great. No reply...

Can't go wrong.

Great saw, been using it as a shop saw and it rips and crosscuts almost as well as the 80lbs heavier "real shop saw" Adjustments are easy and rarely required. It's seen steady use for months now, at least 50 cuts a day, not one issue other then the knife needs occasional Adjustments. The safety features are well designed and it has the least vision blocking blade cover of and safety system I've used

Only lasted 3 years

Was nice while it worked. Sadly no longer turns on and not sure what the issue is.

Great for a year and two weeks….then paper weight!

I loved this little router until I didn’t. I bought this router in November of 22 and the first week of December of 23 it started surging/dragging and then wouldn’t come on at all. I checked the brushes (light use) and they were fine. Blew out the housing and plugged back in. Same problem. Very intermittent like it had a short. It is literally 2 weeks out of warranty and I had to finish some Christmas gifts so I put it in a drawer and bought another Bosch palm router (ANOTHER Huge disappointment...

I have almost every Bosch tool, and this saw is junk. The motor has gone twice, under almost no load. The repair facility said it was dusty underneath. It is a table saw. The stand is pretty good.

I am for all intents and purposes a DIYer, and hobbyist woodworker…some have said that I could quit my day job and produce custom woodworking pieces for other people, that is probably a generous comment on their part. Better off buying a used old saw that wont break.

This is my second review for this product. this one at the 2+ year mark. The original stand that came with the saw was garbage and broke almost immediately. Since it was under warranty Bosch replaced it free of charge with a much better stand. I have not had any issues with the newer better stand since. Today I again experienced a failure. I like it

The cart is great and I really like the saw. I have only used it i few times, it works great, ,everything is there on the saw and the cart is awesome. If it had rack and pinion fence i would have given it 5 stars.
