Would RecommendI havent seen the steel 'puller' before. It really works well when you get in tight spaces! The plastic block is ok, but it chips. I always used a hardwood block.

Would Not RecommendReally hard to get them aligned, and then they do not stay together at all. This cannot be the best design for this purpose. I gave up and just measured with my quilting ruler and got much better results for less effort.
