Do not buy floor models.
Would Not RecommendI quickly realized that this was a floor model. One of the wheels has a flat side on it due to it being pulled around in the locked wheel position. As well the lighter part doesn’t work. And I cannot even get to it to try and fix it. Now I have to light it with a kabob stick. Not what I expected from such an expensive grill.
Easy to assemble, and easy grilling
Would RecommendI have been wanting a grill plate for my Grill and seen this and was just what I was looking for in a Flat Top Grill. I used it for cooking a Mother Day Breakfast at our Church and everything Cook just like you were cooking in frying pans. Did Bacon, Sausage, Home Fried Potatoes and Pancakes. Was easy to clean up after. Did do Fried eggs after for my self. I had a flat top thermometer so I could control the heat of each burner. This is a good buy. Year round outdoor cooking
Would RecommendI bought this for my son, and he called to say he loves it. It was not difficult to assemble, and he especially loves the griddle because they can cook anything large or small, from breakfast to a steak dinner, without worrying about food falling through a grill.

Would RecommendJust finished setting up and seasoning my new Blackstone 30" griddle. This thing is a great size, for family meals or medium sized cookouts. Gives you the space of the larger griddle but with a smaller footprint, fits perfectly on my porch
