Would RecommendWhat can I say ...its an awesome new way to make breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between. It won't make you a short order cook but it does make you feel like one standing outside flipping pancakes, chopping up steak for Philly's or cooking up veggies and chicken for fajitas! The only thing you can't cook on this thing is soup (ok, put the soup in a pot and you'll be fine). The only thing I can say negative is get the 36" 4 burner one. New Griddle
Would RecommendPicked up the 30" 2 burner griddle and 2 hours later was cooking on it. Gets hot enough to grill and fry. Well built but had one screw that didn't want to seat all the way. We have cooked on the grill about 10 times so far and could not be happier. Thanks Blackstone.
Price Increase
Would Not RecommendI was getting to by the 30" size but saw where the price jump $50 dollars from $349 to $399. Guess I will wait now.

Poor Quality Control
Would Not RecommendDo NOT buy this unit its complete junk. Blackstone cannot provide replacement parts and will not do anything to rectify the situation frame has paint peeling everywhere because they were painted with rust on them in the factory this began happening within a month and I have been waiting 3 months for parts
