Ratings & Reviews for Blackstone 36" Culinary Griddle with Hood 4 -Burner Liquid propane Flat Top Grill

Excellent Griddle - Good Value

Purchased this griddle three weeks ago, my son used it the first day it was delivered and was very happy with the performance. It has been used at least 2-3 times a week since then. It heats up quickly , cooks evenly and the size is large enough to handle multiple different food items. Very happy with this griddle.

I like the griddle. Only 2 simple meals at this point. Gave 4 stars because it seems like the burners are slow to light unless I’m trying to ignite to fast.

Excellent product and service

Excellent product and the free assembly and delivery is icing on the cake

Great Features

I bought this grill 2 weeks ago and it amazing. This grill is perfect especially when cooking steak, salmon and mix vegetables. I give this grill a 100 stars

Upset that when the Lowe’s Employees loaded the blackstone into the bed of my truck the griddle top fell over and dented the top, as they were putting it in upside down!! For the amount of money spent on it, didn’t even say sorry or anything for damaging it!

Love my sales person delivery was something total different

I had one a few years ago, and recent wind storms took it out. I ordered a replacement and the quality is absolutely garbage. I do not enjoy cooking with this wobbly sticky flat top.

Love ❤️ it!

Sent me a used grill!

I purchased this Blackstone grill 3 weeks ago and I selected the free shipping. When it arrived, the box was badly beaten up and completely covered in tape! Upon taking the parts out, I noticed all the parts were covered in dirt, water stains, scratches and the metal was bent. This grill had obviously been outside and used. I had to re-box and load this 144lb grill into my truck by myself and take it clear across town for an exchange. Customer service gave me no discount, no partial refund, noth...

WORST PURCHASE EVER

BOUGHT THE GRILL IN MAY2026 NEEDED A BURNER REPLACEMENT IT WAS CRACKED CALLED THE COMPANY AND WAS TOLD TO WAIT UNTIL JULY 2026 JUST CALLED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THIS TIME TO WAIT UNTIL THE END OF SEPTEMBER 2026. CANT RETURN BECAUSE IT WAS PASSED THE 30 DAY WINDOW AND CAN GET PARTS. TOTAL WASTE!!!

Not compatible with natural gas

Blackstone sells a conversion kit, it is wothless. Hired a certified gas fitter. Conversion kit does not come with regulator. Even after after-market gas regulator installed, gas continued to flow past valves. Even if we had wanted to use as a propane device, gas fitter informed us, valves had been installed upside down. I am out several hundred dollar installation fees. Do not purchase if you hope to convert to natural gas. Does not appear to be designed for this purpose, even with conversion k...
