I have used this drill several times with 3/8" bits and larger. The drill has plenty of power to handle larger bits. The trigger is nice that it is easy to regulate the slower speeds. The center mounted handle gives the drill a nice balanced feel, not nose heavy like most other drills with the handle on the rear part of the drill. For an inexpensive drill I like it a lot.

Great Value

Bought for my hole saws that didn’t work with 1/4 hex chuck in my battery drill. Cost less than the hole saw set.

Great if Your Drilling Needs are Not Great

This is a very simple/basic drill. It does the job. As my requirements are not all that great, it works for me. I would not purchase this drill if working on a renovation project in my home. I would spend the $$ for a battery operated drill. I could not see the purpose in spending $200 for a lithium battery drill. Value Corded Drill

Purchased this drill to build a privacy fence with 3-1/2 " exterior screws. With the cord, there were never a need for more power because of low battery. The drill was very reasonably price and got the job done with plenty of power to spare!

Fire

The first time using this drill it started smoking and flames began shooting out the side and caught fire.

Great drill for the price

Fairly light weight, keyless chuck works well. I don't use a drill often and the cost of replacing batteries on a cordless isn't worth it for me. This is good enough for occasional jobs around the house.

Not worth the hassle

I got this drill for Christmas and used it once when the shaft broke. I wonder if it was plastic? Not worth the hassle of even taking it back.

good price, durable. But the drill is not aligned

If you let the drill spin slowly, you can see the head of the bit draw a small circle instead of staying at same spot spin. It will break the small bits. That is the only problem I noticed. returned.

Basic, Inexpensive Drill for Small Jobs

Being female, I didn't want a drill that cost a lot or one that would do magnificent things. I just wanted a basic drill for crafts and very small projects around the house. I like this B&D drill because I can handle it and never have to worry about charging since it's a corded model. I bought a bit for my specific project at the time and my project was a success with this drill and bit. I will be purchasing a bit set soon so I can do other projects. Very happy with my purchase and the price!

Added it to my basics tool bag

This is a lightweight, handy and easy to use drill, perfect for the smaller jobs around the house or garage. Sized to not be intimidating, so my wife wants to learn to use it!
