Basic Homeowner Tool

A great, but inexpensive, drill for the average homeowner. Keyless chuck is very handy, plenty of power for everyday use.

Corded Drill

Works well, affordable. A little clumsy due to the short length of cord. Solved with an extension cord. Good for household that needs rarely and for small projects.

Black & Decker corded Drill

Twice a year my brothers, sister and myself perform yard and house maintenance on our mothers home. We pressure washed the house, cleaned the gutters, poured trenches for drainage and more. We use this time to teach our grandchildren the importance of work ethics and taking care of our elderly. I purchased the drill to remove my mother's bathroom closet door to replace the dry rotted boards. It has great speed and was very easy to hold. I love my new drill.

Great Value

For the performance versus the price this drill can't be beat. The entire drill costs less than most replacement batteries for a cordless drill. I got tired of forgetting to put my cordless drill on charge and needing it for a project and having to with for a charge. Now I have the corded drill for a backup.

Great drill for the price

Used it to mix my leveling compound and it held up. I'm still using it for my other projects without an issue.

I never cared for the battery operated tools. I like power when i need it so i choose corded tools. Black & Decker always comes through.

Great for women doing little jobs like installing curtain rods and such

Fits the bill for me

I really like this drill with its keyless chuck and rubber overmold handle that makes it comfortable to hold. I also like the on-board bit storage that includes a double-ended screwdriver bit, and how lightweight but sturdy this is. Although many power tools seem typically geared more towards men than women, this particular one fits the bill for me.

Perfect especially for price

Drill and driver work great for anything around the house. Never have to worry about charging a battery before starting a project or running out of juice.

Black and decker 5.2amp drill

Have had no problems at all with this drill Has good power and hold's drill bit's well. Only thing I notice that its a little noise from the gear drive but that's it. Have sense picked up another for work as well.

B&D Drill

Priced very well (30.00) and used once so far and very efficient.

Good home owners drill

This drill does a fine job of drilling both metal and wood. The variable speed made it easy to drive dry wall screws and the keyless chuck makes changing bits quick and easy.

Great price/performance ratio

This Black and Decker corded still is perfect for around the home repairs. It packs plenty of power for your projects and the included screwdriver bit is great. It does not come with drill bits other than the screwdriver bit so make sure you pickup a set when you purchase the drill (also quite inexpensive). Nice drill overall, powerful reverse settings and very easy to use and strong keyless chuck (grips bits very well).
