Very Pleased

Replaced slats on stackade fence.. I was suprised by the power, for a 20 volt battery tool. I was going to buy the 20 volt jigsaw, but they were sold out, so I bought the Reciprocating saw.. I can use th Reciprocating saw for a lot more projects.. Good addition to my other Black and Decker 20 volt tools.. Very pleased.. Rick F.

Better than I expected

I bought this one because I have other B&D tools that use the same battery. I was skeptical of this saw at first due to the low price, but was pleasantly surprised. I don't know how it would be in construction demo, but for light duty such as trimming branches, it works great!

Using the saw to remove grout from tiles on my bathroom floors and the time saving as compared to the manual tools is tremendous.

EASY TO HANDLE AND MANUEVER. VERY SAFE WITH PLENTY OF POWER. IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF HEAVY CUTTING GET A SECOND BATTERY.

It’s nice to be able to switch the batteries between all of the 20v tools black and decker has to offer. BUT, the battery life isn’t the greatest. I had to buy a secondary battery just to subdue my lack of patience. Now I’m thinking about buying a 3rd. This is a great product for someone who wants to use this every now and then! But if you have a big project maybe look for something more realible

Bought to go with other B&D 20v tools battery compatibility. Not the most rugged tool but does the job and at a fair price. Been happy with the B&D 20 volt Max line of products.

This is a good beginner reciprocating saw. I haven't had any issues.

Reciprocating saw

I bought this saw to trim some branches in the back of the yard that were too far away to run an extension cord. I could of used a hand saw but for the price of the reciprocating saw, and the fact I will have more uses for it, it was worthwhile to buy the saw. So far it has been perfect for what I bought it for. I don’t know how it would hold up for a tree service company but for me it is just fine.

Battery powered?

Got home and opened tbe box... No battery. Back to Lowe's and bought Dewalt.

Very handy

So glade I purchased this saw. It’s lite and easy to maneuver. Perfect for cutting up tree branches and trimming. Also works for most any cutting needs. Battery last for quite a while. I always keep spare charged batteries on hand. I like all the black and decker tools using the same batteries.
