Poor Battery Life

On a full charge, I made fewer than 10 cuts on limbs ranging from 1-2" in diameter before the battery was completely dead. Worked well before it died, but five minutes of use is not what I expected.

good saw

The saw is light and easy to use. breaks down easily for storage. Cuts well with a large number of cuts per charge.

Great Tool!

Great tool. Easily assembled. Saw blade cuts great. Blade/motor end of tool is much heavier than handle end, so have to be careful when manipulating tool so as not to lose control when using at full length (10 ft.).Quality materials and workmanship. Only drawback is the blade is not self oiling, so needs to be oiled manually before each use. Easy to oil and only requires a few extra minutes.

lite weight

i purchased this pole saw two weeks ago. lite operation but i think the rpms could be faster . when cutting ,saw vibrates a lot when cutting evergreen tree limbs.not sure i would recommend this product.

The battery doesn't hold much of a charge.

This saw cuts well, but the battery doesn't hold enough of a charge to get much cut, especially when considering that it then takes many hours to recharge.

Chain Issues

It was a good Saw until the chain broke. Getting the replacement chain on and getting it to stay tight has been a huge problem.

Great Working Wireless Saw

I've used this for about 3 years now, and have cut numerous amounts of trees, shrubs and even logs. Due to heavy use, I wish the chain lasted longer. I've had to buy 4 or so. I lost the wrench/screwdriver that attaches to the cover, and there's no replacement for it!!! I know I can use a regular screwdriver, but I want one to tote around the yard to make it easy. The chain has fell off to where I have to constantly unscrew, straighten/tighten the chain, and rescrew it back together again. ...

Great Tool -- Good Price

This little saw does a great job on branches and small trees. I do recommend getting a 2nd battery.

excellent tool

Photo shows the circumference diameter of my branches. PIt trims all branches up to 9 inche wide in my case. I did about 30 mins with trimming branches. What took me the most, was the cleaning and making smaller fire wood with it. I used other two tools to finish up my fire wood. Keep in mind, once hour battery dies, and you still have mote branches to cut. Hence, you will need to let battery fully charge and its takes a couple of hours to fully charge. Light weight and easy to handle

This is my second B&D Pole Saw and the first lasted 10 years before 18 V battery died so decided to invest in the newer model with the 20V battery. As long as you are pruning small climbs it does a great job. Bigger climbs needs a bigger saw.

great pole chain saw

Cute small chain saw with a lot of power, takes off small branches with ease.

Wow!

This tool is amazing. It's like having a chain saw on a stick. I was surprised the power it has. Doesn't bog down at all. The B&D 20 volt lithium batteries are incredible. Use them on many tools.

Almost a toy

This tool is a joke. Jams up easily, chain comes off the bar. Disappointed in this B&D tool, as I usually like this brand

Outperformed my expectations

I bought this trimmer a little over a month ago and have used it to trim around the house and clearing shooting lanes around my tree stand. It cut everything I tried to cut. Great saw!!
