What Customers Are Saying
The product is a powerful and versatile tool for light to medium-duty tree trimming and branch cutting, able to handle branches up to 3-4 inches thick. Customers praised its lightweight and maneuverable design, as well as the convenience of the cordless battery-powered operation. However, some noted limitations with the battery life, only allowing for 20-25 cuts before needing a recharge. There were also a few reports of durability issues, such as the chain breaking or the tensioner nut splitting after extended heavy use. With proper care and maintenance, the product appears to be a reliable and effective tool for basic yard work and tree maintenance.
