Pole saw lacking power

The RPMs are way too slow, so the saw doesn’t make a clean cut. The cut is really ragged.

Works as intended. Works best on pine, cherry branches were harder to cut due to the smaller chain- but it did work.

purchased this to trim small 1"- 2" branches over the drive way. It works great in small bursts. The battery holds a strong charge. My only problem was the chain would loosen rather quickly and would require tightening after 10mins - 15mins of work. diffently not a bad purchase for light yard work.

Totally satisfied

I used this little sucker for the first time yesterday resulting in a pile of limbs and branches 20 feet long, ,6 feet high and 6 feet wide. This was done on a single charge. The limbs were mostly around 3 inches in diameter but some were over 5 inches. I have 23 mature trees on my little plot of land, and it looks like this saw will work just fine to keep them well pruned.

i bought this today late afternoon. it doesnt trim my everygreens with ease. i tried it on small flowering trees, and 10 minutes later the chain came off.

I looked a lot of reviews and You tube videos before making my purchase. The Harbor Freight Lynx had 40 volt battery for the same price but I was worried about weight at the end of the pole. Plus I already had a 20 volt Lithium drill to borrow a battery from. The saw has performed perfectly so far and is not too heavy. No problems with the chain as I dipped it in motor oil every few cuts and after many cuts I have not had to adjust the chain yet. I'm using far more oil than the little bottle wou...

BUSY - DEPENDABLE USING IT DAILY

I've owned my LPP120 for a few years now and can't believe I ever got along without it! This winter and spring brought a lot of tree damage and (?) extra strong regrowth so I have been very busy with my LPP120 and its sister LCS 120 chain saw purchased at he same time.

This pole saw was the best money I ever spent. It makes cutting limbs up to 10 feet high and eight inches thick a breeze. Just lay the saw blade on top of the limb and this gem does the rest. Assembly took less than five minutes. To operate it, you simply push a button and pull a trigger at the same time. It's quiet, light and seems well made. The only maintanance, as with any chain saw, is making sure the bar remains oiled and the chain is at the right tension. My initial battery charge lasted ...

Good while it lasted

I bought a Black & Decker 20 volt battery operated pole saw, used it through the first charge and it worked great. Then the chain came off and I haven't been able to get it the chain to stay on since, very disappointing.

No battery life

It does cut well, and that's the only reason it gets 2 stars. The claim on the box says up to 100 cuts of up to 1.5" pine branches on a single charge. That's not even close. It worked pretty well after the first initial charge, but after that the battery dies after about 20 minutes of continuous use, and then needs all day, or over night to recharge. This ones going back to the store.

Own this saw for almost 2 weeks. I would not recommend to anybody. Looks nice but really it is just nice toy. Alter one week (fiberglass) pole just start falling apart. Pole too flexible to apply even small pressure on saw while cutting. Applying oil to the chain with eyedropper is just a joke.

Works Great for Limb trimming

Had this now for 5 years a real work horse for the small to medium limbs , Battery is good , only wish it had a push button chain lubricator vs having to oil manually. I highly recommend this.

Amazing

I did not expect this much cutting power out of this little saw. I was able to cut down branches I needed out of the way instead of just trimming up like I thought I would only be able to do. Another huge plus was that the battery lasted the whole time I was cutting which was incredible, I did not expect that!

Perfect

words well for me for keeping the limbs away from the house. And even on large branches. Assembly is a snap. Battery lasts longer than I've needed in the 3 times I've used it.
