Dude just tell us how to use it with or without your machine like do I dilute it before the spray it, let it sit for x amount of time then suction.. etc how hard is it to add directions for every product you sell.. it’s a snippet on the container anyways. Also, for someone who wanted to purchase both a machine and solution you’ve deterred me away, because I still do get what it does, or how to use. Literally lost thousands of customers are probably wanted to purchase an item, but I had no ide...

Great all round cleaning solution
Would RecommendI bought this based on a referral from a friend who said it’s the only carpet cleaning solution they will use. I’m definitely pleased with it. Cleans great and has a pleasant mild scent. I use it in my Hoover upright carpet cleaning machine.

100% recommend
Would RecommendJust purchased the Bissell Proheat 2x July 11, 2026. Came with this sample solution. Both were AMAZING! Cleaned our 15 yr old carpet to like new. We have 2 dogs and pet stains, both new and old, just disappeared. No idea how they did it but I finally found a machine that actually works.
