Ratings & Reviews for Backyard Discovery Barrington 10-ft x 10-ft Hardtop Roof Steel Gazebo

Outdoor Mancave

It was great project me and my son put together. We added a gutter system and hardwired electricity. It's perfect for movie nights and cheering for our favorite teams

Love it!

I bought this a few months ago and I absolutely love it, before we had it we didn’t sit in the couches much but ever since we got this this is the place to be. I love it!

Gutter system for 16x12 Barrington Gazebo

I purchased and built a 16x12 Barrington Gazebo this past summer and we have absolutely loved it! I would say that everyday that we had good weather, we were under it. We thought that even in a light rain with no wind, we could hang out, but unfortunately, without anything catching the rain dripping off the roof, it would hit the concrete and splatter back under the gazebo, making the practical usable area very small under the gazebo. Backyard Discovery does not offer a gutter system for thei...

Great Gazebo

Did a lot of research before purchasing this gazebo since the market has several to choose from. But my family and I decided on this one, and so far we are very pleased with our purchased. The instructions were very easy to follow, these gazebo took me and my son 3 days to build. But to stand it up it took 4 of us but for a few minutes. The only issue I had with the gazebo was some of the wood pieces were warped and didn’t line up correctly. That’s the reason for the 4 stars but it more like 4.5...

Sturdy and looks nice

Bought this with the installation. The installers were quick in building it and the installation cost and time were reasonable. The gazebo looks nice and is sturdy. Hung lights on the perimeter as well as the inside of the gazebo and it looks grea. The only downside is that the clip to the cover for the power plugs broke during installation. It's very fragile and I think they could've done a better job designing that to make it more durable. The cover just does not close well and locked in the c...

Provides the perfect shade!

We had been wanting a pavilion type cover for several years. We had several estimates, but just didn’t want to pay the price! When we came across this jewel and were impressed with the fact that the wood is cedar, we decided this is the one! We had it installed this past summer and absolutely love it! We did have to have help putting it together, but boy was it worth it! We are pleased with the look, the finish and the quality! People that visit always comment about what a good addition it...

Great backyard improvement

The gazebo was easy to install and totally worth the investment because it transformed my backyard into something more enjoyable for the family.

Outdoor Family Gathering Room

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST INVESTMENTS I'VE EVER MADE! I USE THIS EVERYDAY FOR MY LUNCH BREAK FROM WORK, EAT MY DINNER OUT AT NIGHT, ENTERTAINMENT THE FAMILY, WHAT A BLESDING THIS BEEN. WISH I HAD PURCHASED ONE YEARS AGO.

Added quality and value to our home and lives

We purchased our gazebo several months after moving into our new home. We had it professionally installed by a crew out of Columbus. They worked nonstop and knew what they were doing. Both the delivery and installation exceeded our expectations, every visitor has noted the quality of materials and workmanship. We added all of the extras to personalize our beautiful outdoor space and thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and joy it brought us this past spring and summer. We can’t wait for next spring!

Great purchase

Purchased in the spring. Very pleased. We spend a lot of time relaxing after a day of work under the gazebo.

Great look

I bought this to add to my deck expansion. With the help of my sons. We got it assembled. Took longer than expected, but had limited time where my sons could come over & help. Instructions were very detailed. Only issue was a couple of the posts had holes drilled in wrong place for the corner brackets & had to drill new holes and it wasn't easy taking the plastic wrap off the metal parts. That's the reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. We are loving the new gazebo.

Took the entire summer to fix roof.

Bought in February, took until August to fix.

Great in all seasons

The 16x12 Barrington Gazebo fit perfectly in our backyard where the concrete pad was installed by the previous owner. We’re able to enjoy the gazebo all year round in any weather.

Love it

Well made, all pre drilled, and make sure you water seal before you put it up.

16x12 Barrington Gazebo

This kit surpassed my expectations in every way. The parts were all neatly organized and the instructions were clear and precise. It is also very sturdy and looks great.

Let's have some fun

Bought this this summer it's been a great asset to our backyard

14 x 12 Barrington Gazebo

We love our new addition to the patio and while we installed it late in the season for much use, we look forward to next spring and summer. Install was work, but for the most part straight forward. We had help lifting roof sections in place as well as the initial four posts. We took our time, followed the paper instructions mostly and are very happy with the result. We sealed it with Thompsons sealer-before the roof panels were on which was a wise decision. And yesterday, we hung 5 strands ...

Hurricane Proof !!!

Had this 20x12 Barrington installed over the summer. It looked like the most sturdy model I could find. I had it anchored to a concrete patio. It had zero damage through hurricane Helene in 2024 (Cat 4). The eye passed right over our location in Valdosta, GA. Extensive damage to many homes and businesses but this thing had no issues. Metal roofing was perfect with no swaying or leaning to the structure afterwards. I am very impressed.

My new refuge

Great company to work with, added the saxion xl to my gazebo to make grill and flat top comfortable. Unit is sturdy well put together. Maybe a green house next

Beautiful gazebo!

Our backyard project got delayed about 4 months, so we’re not finished constructing it yet. The legs are in place and the roof and wiring is coming next. Love it so far!
