The 20x10 Sarasota Steel Louvered Pergola has been an outstanding addition to our backyard. Solid, sturdy, and sleek in appearance, it came with exceptionally detailed instructions and a helpful video that made assembly far easier. Yes, there are plenty of steps (and parts), but don’t let that intimidate you—everything is clearly labeled, and the directions are thoughtfully laid out. We’d absolutely purchase it again. Highly recommend.

Look for something else

Giving 2 stars mostly because customer service was responsive, but the Pergola itself is flawed. We installed in Summer of 2024 and were extremely impressed with the quality and ease of install. Everything was fine until after the winter months. I'm not sure if these don't handle snow load like they claim to or the quality is just not there but fast forward 10/11 months the Perolga is leaking and louvers are sagging, so much so that some have a small crack you can even see light trough. Bought this a month ago to finish our newly remodeled backyard and so far very pleased. It looks clean and seems well built, and was relatively straightforward to assemble. I would recommend this to family and friends in the future.

Easy set up!

The set up was easy, just took a few hours. Make sure to wear gloves if you're setting this up in the sun - the Metal gets HOTT! You'll need at least two persons, maybe a third to be the runner for you while installing the long slats. We've had so many compliments on this, it's a nice pergola!

Easy assembly and looks great!

I bought this Pergola approximately a month ago and last weekend assembled and put it up in a day and a half with a little bit of help when standing upright. Well made and easy to follow directions with assembly! Looks great and is a great addition to our backyard!

Beautiful. My friends put this together with no problem. There were no screws included to secure the pergola but otherwise they put it with no problem. Virtual customer was great. They were very patient while I asked various questions to make sure this was a good fit for us prior to purchase

Love them so much, we bought 5 of them!

We bought 5 - 20x10 Sarasota Steel Louvered Pergolas and put them up on our beer garden patio. The first one took us just over two days to assemble, but we became experts and erected the next four in under two days total. We had one faulty part and Backyard Discovery overnighted the part to us and we were able to complete the project the next day. They even followed up with us on how things were going. Quality is top notch and the service response was even better.

Nice, sturdy louvered pergola for reasonable price

This pergola was purchased 6 weeks ago, and so far, we are very satisfied with the effect on our patio and the overall quality of the product. It was worth paying to have it assembled, due to a lack of time, and other family priorities. It was completely set up within 4 hours, which would've taken us days. Outside of blowing rain, it stays dry underneath as advertised. The pergola is easy to open and close, and the electric/charging port is a nice added feature for lighting, phone charging, etc....

help with leak.

I bought 10x18 louvered pergola purposely to fit our deck. It looks great but the 18 foot length is probably a bit to long for the way it is made. It does dip in the middle of the gutter and the water flows out of the gutter onto the deck and now TV. I have tried to put shims under one side pillar to help the flow of water but the middle still leaks. How can I address this issue?
