Great quality and straightforward assembly.

Out of the box it did have a bit of a strong smell but that dissipated as the build went on. I was worried that solo I would struggle since it said it took two people to build but there were only a could times that it made for a difficult but doable maneuver, probably would have sped things up a decent amount but it took me 2:05 plus maybe 15-20 min for unboxing and cleanup. Beautiful Playhouse!

We bought the playhouse in June for our grandson’s third birthday. He loves it and we love it too. It was easy for my husband to put together and looks like a real house.

Sweet little house

Such a charming little play house for a great price. Easy to put together, fits nicely anywhere in the yard, and has sweet features like a sink, stove, and phone. Love that it is cedar, which will stand up to the elements and last for years to come. My daughter loves cooking in her new house :)

Surprised my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter with this sweet tiny house Labor Day weekend. Assembly went smoothly thank goodness to my 34 year old son who is a perfectionist especially because some pilot holes didn’t line up. Great little playhouse!

The online instructions were awesome. Would 100% do that again. So much better than a manual. Playhouse is a great value for the money! Working doorbell is the chefs kiss! Took me (one person) about 2 hours to assemble.

the play house is pretty cute. However, the materal could have been a better quality. had some pieces split out on us, so we had to emprevise. but it will serve its purpose

I’m very happy with this backyard playhouse. Even if it took me and my older daughter 3 to 4 hours to build it, it was worth it.

Best Playhouse!

We bought the Sweetwater Playhouse and couldn't be happier with the purchase. High quality wood and excellent design. It took a few hours to put together with two people. We added a few personal touches with fake flowers, grass, a wreath, string lights and a door mat. Our daughter plays in it daily and it makes the perfect addition to our back porch!

Good playhouse for my granddaughter.

Overall good quality, although there were gaps is some areas where the wood met. There are tools listed that were not needed. Recommend adding hooks and/or shelves for the kitchen utensils on the next revision. There was 1 broken piece, will see how difficult it is to get a replacement. Truly liked the 3-D video on its assembly, especially the rotate and zoom to make sure the pieces go in the correct direction. I would still recommend it to friends and neighbors.

Worth the required work

We bought this for my daughter's second birthday. I'm so glad we did. We've now owned it for 6 months and she still loves playing with it. It was a lot of work to stain it then assemble but it came out very good. I had difficulty with the triangle boards on each Peak cracking a bit but it wasn't anything I couldn't fix.

Perfect!!!

I looked a lot of little houses over, and I’m so glad I chose this. My Grand baby absolutely loved it. I had it put inside my house so she could play with it year around. She’s almost 2, but it was perfect for her. It took us a little over 3 hours to put it together. Don’t hesitate this is the perfect one. I have had people ask me where I got it, because they seen pictures and loved it.
