The written instructions were a bit difficult to understand, but the illustrations and 3D renderings on the Built app were amazing. They made the project managable, and maybe even enjoyable.

Great play set for the money

Perfect size and quality for toddlers and smaller back yards. It looks deceiving upon delivery but once assembled it’s perfect and even looks quite nice. Don’t over tighten the hardware or you’ll split the wood. It takes 2 people and about 5 hours to assemble.

Warped cracking boards

The boards were warped and cracked when trying to screw them in, and the bolts stripped as soon as you start putting them in.

Wood is not durable

Many pieces of wood from this play set came chipped and cracked. It’s not durable at all. I was hoping this would last my kids a few years and I don’t even see it lasting one year.

Great for small kids

Took me about 8 hours to build by myself but seeing my daughter reaction when complete was worth it. There are many pieces to putting this together and make sure you have a drill bit because some pieces are not pre drilled. Overall it’s pretty sturdy but I wouldn’t recommend any teens or adults to use it..

DON’T BUY!!!

NOTHING For the price, Nothing about this is safe for more than 2 kids!! The slide is a joke, the wood is so cheap and thin. The only thing good about it is the amount of nuts and bolts it takes to put it together!!!! What they show on display isn’t nothing like the what you get!

Very detailed, and the ability to zoom, rotate, and click for information was extremely helpful

Takes a little time but goes together well.

All the parts were there no damage to any of wooden parts. May use same small parts instead of several different types makes construction quicker. Good heavy duty small parts.

Smile in a Box

We bought for granddaughter for Christmas and she LOVED it! She couldn’t quit smiling!

Not great.

Nothing is uniform about this swing set. Have two screw guns ready, one with a Phillips bit, and one with a star bit because almost every step takes both. My swing set did not line up at all, the main lag bolt for the base was off by over two inches, nothing a few wood screws and a saw couldn’t fix.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set took my husband and I about 5 hours to assemble. I couldn’t believe how well made and thorough this play set is. I really feel like it’s safe, reliable, and will last a long time! My kids both love it! I’m impressed.

Takes at least 6-7 hours with two people.

BILT claims this will take 4 hours but expect longer - Especially if you're doing it alone. The instructions were fine but some of the wood is already bowed so aligning the holes may take effort.
