Perfect design for kids!

We are so happy with the Fall River swing set! The ropes instead of chains on the swings are much easier on my kids' hands and the ladder is sturdy and easy for little feet to navigate without getting stuck. The materials seem to be of good quality and the instructions made assembly clear and easy. My kids love the two levels of the fort, especially the windows and snack bar! Great Fun!

We love this set! It was easy to assemble with instructions and help (and fun too as it was a group effort), and fits great in our backyard. Everything is secure and durable. Ready for summer play and fun!

Lakewood

The Lakewood was my first build ever. it took me a week by myself with a helper to assemble the frame and swing beam. I noticed that I needed both the manual and the video to complete the project. there were a few instances where the wood pieces in various places were not oriented correctly and had to be switched. So many play options in 1

Really solid swing set. Using the BILT app to put together is a must, it really made the process that much easier. Our kids love the whole swing set but especially the little house and bench which provides a ton of different play in 1 structure. So happy we got this!

My kids (1,3,5) all love this swing set!! We love the house and bench feature. The flat steps on the ladder make it so that my 1 year old can easily climb on his own! It was easy to build- the instructions in the app were great!

Easy to install

Horrible!

Definitely not worth the money! Parts don’t line up, wood is cracked and it’s not sturdy at all. It creaks and wobbles with my 2 year grandbaby on it I can’t imagine more than 1 small child playing on it. Haven’t had it a year and the door fell off.

Good but needed work

I bought this a month ago. My husband and I put it together ourselves and ran into a few hiccups. A few of the boards didn’t line up to the holes, so we had to buy new lumber and drill the holes ourselves. We still have to replace the wood for the bench because it doesn’t even line up to the seat ends. The nails would be at the bare tip.

Good directions just some bad pieces

Assembly directions were good. Would be better if the number of the part had a color description would of saved some time looking at pieces. Had 3 or more pieces get serious splits and or cracks. Good amount of money was spent to purchase this set for my daughter and had some of the main pieces damaged was bad.

Great Playset!

I bought this for my 2 year old granddaughter for her 3rd birthday. The variety of things to play on (slide, two swings, grab bar, fort, sandbox) is great. She loves going from one thing to the next. She really likes to play she is a chef cooking up pizza, burgers, etc. while I sit on the bench at the window of the sandbox. The set is not real big and is only rated for 150 lbs however she will enjoy it for several years and she will have a little brother next year to play with and I'm sure h...

Holes don’t match !!

The holes don’t match up, making your own holes is a pain. Takes way longer than 5 hours like it says but it is nice when it’s done.

CHEAP MATERIALS!!! Don't waste your money!

This was a lot of money for the quality and size and the fact that everything including the slide had to be put together. I do not believe this set can support a 10 year old as it states ages up to 10.

Very nice swing set playhouse

Arrived very quickly three days after purchase. Two people assembled in 6 1/2 to 7 hours with cordless tools, relaxed pace not stressing out. The app for cell phone was nice to have the instructions and 3d images of each step. Also included were detailed paper instructions.

arrived on time in 3 well packed boxes. easy to read instructions however it took 2 adults 8 hours to complete. very sturdy. kids LOVE it
