My 2 and 5 year olds love it. Sucks to put together yourself. Customer service is wonderful for pieces that needed to be replaced.

Tons of Fun

We have had it put together for about a month now and my son loves it. He could spend all day on the swing or in the kitchen. Took us a long time to put together on our own, but was worth it. Well made and looks great!

Fun for kids and parents!

We ordered this play set for our son's 4th birthday knowing he and his younger siblings would make use of this for years. It's a high quality set that has ben thoughtfully designed. While the assembly is no small task (it took us about two working days to complete while also watching the kids) it was quite fun to put together and really adds to the family memories. Kids Love It!

We're glad we bought this. The playgrounds are all closed because of COVID-19, so now our kids have something more to do outside in our back yard. Delivery was smooth. The courier called us in advance, scheduled a delivery time, and showed up on time. We elected to assemble this ourselves. Fair warning, it takes a while. 2 & 4yo love it

We panic-bought this at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic for our 2 & 4 yo kids. They love it! We used their recommended company for assembly, and they knocked it out in about 7 hours - worth every penny.

Great Customer Service

I purchased this for my son's second birthday. I was surprised how quickly it came and how easy it was for the company I hired to put it together. It took them about 12 hours.my son absolutely loves it. Especially being quarantined, it has given him something to do! We had a few pieces of wood that were damaged in shipment but Backyard Discovery quickly sent out new pieces within a week. The customer service was great!

Backyard Fun!

We had been talking about getting a playset for a while, considered the used market etc., We found this one on sale, considered the option where someone assembles it for you, but in the end we decided to save and put it together ourselves. Fun and engaging--Checks most of the boxes.

This swing set met most of our expectations and our kid loves it. Here are my thoughts after a few months with the set: Pros: -Picnic table and outdoor kitchen are great features that the kids love -Rock wall and ladder are great and my 20 month old has fun exploring both -The aesthetics of the swing set are nice with the two-tone wood and the added details -The swing bar is spaced to allow some customization (e.g. we bought a saucer swing and toddler swing to replace the supplied swings/...

We put this together about two months ago and the kids love it! My husband was able to put it together by himself and didn’t take his too long.

The kids love it!

Assembly took forever, but our 1 and 3 year old love their new playground. It took a couple of full days and a little bit of time a couple more days after work to get this thing up, but if you can get past the assembly, it's a fun playground that should last for years with proper maintenance.

Decent swingset for small kids for the money

This swingset was of the only ones available due to COVID and we purchased it. It was significantly less expensive than other swing sets we were looking at. Assembly was assisted with the BILT app although even with that I inverted some parts that I needed to flip later. I think if the instructions were better it would have been easier to assemble. Boys love it, wood in bad shape

My boys love this swing set. However, the wood arrived very dry and brittle. Many pieces cracked as we assembled them. We had to buy wood to re-enforce the swing set because of that, and it was shaking when my 3 and 5 year old were on the swings. I wish it had higher quality wood.

We love it, took my husband about 18 hrs to build and our 2 & 4 yr old are enjoying it!

We Like It

Overall a good swing set for the price. I work with wood so I am kinda particular...the wood used for this swingset is a little brittle and lightweight, but I think it will hold up for a few years.

Overall great product

This is a great option for an outdoor Playset. It isn’t too big or too small and offers all the best play areas. My daughter is 2 and a 1/2 an she can enjoy all of it with plenty of room to grow. We were missing any parts, but my husband did add extra bolts/screws and had to cut a few pieces. Nothing major though.
