What Customers Are Saying
Here is the refined summary: The product has a swivel head feature that allows access to tight spaces, and many users found it well-constructed and easy to use. However, a significant number of customers reported major issues with the tool's performance, including the rivet pin getting stuck, the tool failing to properly grip or eject the rivet, and the tool breaking or malfunctioning after limited use. Overall, the reviews suggest the tool's quality and reliability are inconsistent.

Would RecommendI have the kit so the rivets in all sizes was useful. Smallest 3/32 on galvanized roof edge trim. Larger on panel overhangs.

Not User friendly
Would Not RecommendI bought this rivet gun to repair a dogs leather leash. The 3/32" rivet stems kept getting stuck in the rivet gun. I had to take it apart and the threads of the screws of the top chrome plate were stripped. It ended up in the trash. What a waste.

Great all around rivet tool
Would RecommendBeing an engineer by trade I find myself using this particular tool often. It has never failed me and I've owned it for several years. I live the swivel head design and even though its not needed often there have been occasions where it was needed for tight spots.

Nicely built.
Would RecommendI've bought several of these, primarily because they keep disappearing from our jobsites- and I personally own one. It's hard to say that it's built for life because I know that they wear out, but this is a fairly rugged and dependable tool. It in not however for those with weak hand strength.

Low quality and disappointing performance
Would Not RecommendArrow used to be a good brand. We pulled about 14-15 rivets and the nose piece is completely broken. Rivet mandrels continuously get stuck inside the gun as well.

Great tool probably, but not for an old person (code 1117)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to rivet some aluminum duct-type sheet metal together to make squirrel guards for my bird feeders. So I got this good looking rivet gun that reminded me of one I used in my younger days. I'm 70 years old. When I used it, it was very quickly obvious that I don't have the strength anymore to make the rivet gun work. Just getting one rivet done was a challenge. It was a sad jerk into reality, so now I'll buy a squirrel guard instead of ge...

good for repair of outdoor furniture webbing
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this tool for adding webbing on an outdoor swing seat. It was NOT the original design, but the construction did not allow any other way to repair. I was able to replace the seat support and put new cushions on a very old frame and we have been using it daily!
