Works great when putting tin together

waste of money

Bought this to replace an old ACE brand pop rivet tool that I had lost. On the very first 3/16 rivet, it pulled the rivet head tight like it should, but only broke the rivet stem about half way up. Tried different sizes of rivets to see what would happen, same results. I found my old rivet tool, so this one went in the trash. Very poor quality from a brand my dad used for around 45 years. Sadly, the Arrow brand has slipped.

Auto window install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to buy a Rivet gun to finish the install of my vent windows on my pick-up. Worked really well with the smaller rivets, but when I used it with larger ones, it would not cut them at all. Had to use a cutting wheel to finish.

I put vinyl Tops on cars and it works good

Great River Gun

I use this for metal work and it does a great job. The head swivels and makes it easier for different spaces.

Essential for Casita travel trailers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Casita has many pop rivets in it that are designed to break if subjected to too much stress. This sacrifices the rivet but saves the fiberglass shell. This tool is perfect because it can be used one handed and the headless model covers all the rivet sizes. It’s a good quality tool that will last a lifetime.

Good for tight spots

Actually have RT300S

Easy to use

Easy to use tool. Works as it is supposed to but we did have a few rivits get jammed.

Excellent for tight spaces

Swivel head is a great design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The swivel head is ideal for any angle of riveting. The longer handle is a good design for awkward angles.

Shockingly poor build quality

This rivet puller (Arrow Model RHT300) is very poorly made. We only pulled about a dozen rivets in aluminium with the 2.4mm head nozzle installed and the threads in the head failed.

Does everything as it should, best I've used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've driven about 100 rivets of various shank sizes and lengths with this new tool. Sheet metal and aluminum, plastic, backer board, leather. Should've bought it a long time ago and spared myself of hard to use less expensive tools. No more changing head sizes, shanks eject quickly every time, shanks always break off clean at the rivet head. Don't have to squeeze so hard. Thank you Arrow!

A little disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately the unit broke during its first use. Purchased a different arrow unit. Hope the other was a fluke. Arrow products have been reliable and good quality. I will write a review with pics and video on new unit.

Stopped working

I am sure there is an adjustment somewhere to allow the jaws to grab the rivet shaft but I cannot find it...even in the owners manual. We used this tool for ladder and turn out gear fastener repair, mainly, and had to go back to the cheap rivet gun because this one will not expand any longer. We changed tips, attempted to adjust the jaws...the only way to make this work is leave the tip loose.

Arrow stands behind their products

Set over 200 rivets with this tool then ran into some issues. Arrow responded immediately, stood behind their product and issued a replacement even though I didn't have the original receipt. Great customer service.

A Must for Repairs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Arrow poprivet gun is most useful for repairs. Screws and bolts are good if things need to be dis-assembled but a poprivet is the bst for permenant fastening. This gun is fast to use without changing heads for different size riviets.
