Would RecommendIt was the correct item that I ordered. Upon opening the package a couple of the tiles were broken. they were broken before the company even wrapped the product in it plastic protective covering. The broken pieces weren't even in the box.

Would RecommendLowes was great for ordering the ceiling tiles I needed. Although I would have preferred that had them in stock at the store, it was easy to order them and it didn't take long for them to get shipped to my local Lowes. Pick up was also easy at the Customer Service Desk. The person who brought them out already had them on a cart for me to take to my car.

Tiles easily damaged in shipping
We ordered two boxes of tiles which had to be delivered to the store. The condition of the tiles in one box was fine, but in the second box, almost all of the tiles had one corner that was damaged due to shipping. Thankfully all but three were still usable.
