Would RecommendTiles fit and worked well with grid, cutting needs to be done carefully. Found several tiles damaged in cartons because trucker strapped them down too tightly. Also found 1 pack out of 16 had mfg flaw - weak corners.

Wash room install
Would RecommendThe tile were easy to install but you had to be careful with the edges they were easy to chip. I had a lot of items to cut around because I was installing the tile in our wash/furnace room in the basement.
Check packaging before buying
Would RecommendTiles are great. Packaging was terrible. The one on top and tbe one on the bottom were both damaged.

Would RecommendExpensive necessity when original tiles yellow. Very dusty, messy and dirty product to cut, and fragile to work with. No rush to do again.

AWFUL URINE SMELL
Would Not RecommendBought and installed these tile. Odor from these is very bad leaving my wife with headaches etc. Checked on internet if others were having any problems and it is an on going issue that Armstrong is aware of ( for years). Called Armstrong technical dept which was akin to peeing into the wind.They were rude and emphasized that they were in technical NOT manufacturing. He had no answers as to what the odor is , where it comes from or even who to talk to to find answers other than to call Lowes to ...
