Great Product for the Price

Would Recommend

This is a very basic ceiling tile, entry level. After I figured out the best way to cut it, (carpet knife, score twice on the back then once or twice on the front, gently, using a level as a guide), installation was a breeze. I was replacing an existing ceiling. The attached image shows the old, yellowed tile, vs the new tile on the left. It looks awesome!

These tiles will be used in a fraternal lodge as an update to our social quarters. The tiles are easy to work with, and what a pleasure to view as the old tiles were smoke and water stained.

Perfect for retaining heat.

Great tiles easy to cut and size for angles and edges. Gets a skittle tricky with pipes in the way the may bend the grid work. But if for a storage area not a big deal. If activ strongly suggest boxing around pipes. Only real problem is they are very dusty when cutting. Wear a mask...

They were good and easy to work with except for the mess. Cutting these things were easy but the mess it made was awful.

incorrect product dimensions

Would Not Recommend

If you have a DIY project be aware that the product specifications are not correct and the tile are not 24 inches by 24 inches. I found out the hard way after putting up furring strips on 24 inch centers. Also the rafters are on 24 inch centers. Now I have to use battens to cover the 1/4 inch gap in both directions. A significant additional cost. I wish they would have correctly stated the true dimensions of the tile. The tile are 23 3/4 X 23 3/4 inches. I am guessing these are the dimensions if...
