Long lead-time
Would Not RecommendSpecial order item, so they took a while to be shipped. When I received them, there were a few panels damaged, but Lowe's stepped up and credited me the amount for them.

THESE TILES ARE GREAT, EASY TO INSTALL
Would RecommendTHESE TILES LOOK VERY NICE IN OUR OFFICE, THEY HELP KEEP THE SOUND DOWN FROM PEOPLE WORKING ON THERE COMPUTERS, AND PHONE CALLS. AND THEY FIT IN SO EASY, AND IT TAKES LITTLE TIME TO INSTALL THE ENTIRE OFFICE CEILING. VIRTUALLY NO DOWN TIME AT AL DURING INSTALLATION.

Used for basement
Would RecommendThis is my first experience with a drop ceiling. The dimensional tiles have a great look and installation is easy. Cutting the tiles for short pieces is a little time consuming since 2 cuts per side have to be made to allow the tile to drop below the grid.
