What Customers Are Saying
The product has a mixed reception, with both positive and negative aspects reported. Many found the planks easy to install and praised the high-quality, attractive finish that improved the look of their rooms. However, some customers experienced issues with damaged or poor-quality planks upon delivery, and the installation process was more challenging than expected for some. While the final result is generally viewed as a worthwhile upgrade, customers should be prepared for potential quality control problems and a more involved installation.

Looks good but beware of additional costs

Hi Rick. We appreciate your feedback on our Woodhaven product and are happy to hear installation went smoothly for you. Enjoy your final look.
Poor handling by Lowes caused damage to corners.
Would RecommendThe product is as described and fairly easy to work with. The issue I had a problem with was poor handling of the boxes by Lowes. Had to sort through to find boards that did not have chips and breakage at the corners.
