Would RecommendVery happy with the quality of this vanity. No damage packed very well. I really like that the quartz top is thicker than most and all white. Wish they had an option for black hardware. No biggie we painted the nickel finish black and came out great.

Smashed counter in lots of pieces!
Would Not RecommendHorrible! They packed the marble counter completely wrong and then counter was completely smashed in pieces! They still left it and I had to call yo arrange a pickup return and then wait for my money to be returned. I bought another vanity from another Company.

Undermount sink came damaged
Would Not RecommendI ordered this with high anticipation to only receive it and open to see that both sinks were packed together (on top of each other) top sink was ok, bottom sink was completely smashed to pieces. Who would ship an item that is delicate and very heavy stacked on top of each other only to arrive completely useless. Had to call Lowe's same day to schedule return and reorder once again. quality control from the Ariel company??

Ariel Cambridge Vanity - Great Product!
Would RecommendThis is my second Ariel Cambridge Vanity. I purchased the first one a few years ago for another bathroom in my home. Fantastic quality and great style. The soft close drawers and doors open and close beautifully. I had a very minor issue with my delivery and Customer Service was quick to respond and resolve. I highly recommend this vanity.

Handle drilled incorrectly and missing hardware
Would Not RecommendFor over $1000 dollars, I would expect the holes in the drawer to line up and to receive all of the hardware. One cabinet was perfect, the other has a bottom drawer with mis-aligned holes and a handle missing. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company unsuccessfully.

Not solidly built, poor customer service
Would Not RecommendRec'd 55" cabinet - with 48" top enclosed. Very difficult to get in contact with someone to send correct size. Cabinet somewhat scratched. Vanity LOOKS lovely, but the drawer design is inferior. Dovetail drawer boxes, but they are secured with absolutely tiny insignificant pins and springs. Poor Quality
Would Not RecommendPro contractor that ordered two of these Ariel Cambridge vanities in different sizes. Worst experience getting the order (took 3 months and many calls to the vendor). The carrera vanity tops were not at all as pictured. Understand that natural stone can vary greatly but tops were dark gray. Asked the vendor to exchange with white quartz which they wouldn't do. Returned both units and purchased something else. Cabinets are not well painted (finish is dull) and construction is poor. Not good value...
