Beware of Color

Haven't installed this vanity yet, but buyers should know that the "grey" color is very much a blue grey. In some lights it looks more blue than grey, so if you are looking for a true grey do not purchase this color. The color in the picture is deceiving.

Beautiful and functional vanity

Great style and love the open back which makes installing over water supply and drain lines coming from the wall super easy

Beautiful vanity

We bought two of these vanities to replace an oversized long and outdated low height cabinet in our master bathroom. I wanted a more updated and lighter wood tone. We were very pleased how these vanities were packaged and delivered. I would highly recommend these Ariel vanities to anyone who wanted to update their bathroom. Endless possibilities to create the look you are trying to achieve. We did change the hardware from black (provided) to a brushed gold as this was the style I wanted.

That vanity is gorgeous and really well made. I got the oak color with carrara quartz, and the quartz is actually thicker than I expected, so I'm hoping the quality is good. Shipping was on time and super smooth. I totally recommend ordering straight from here instead of another retailer.

Delivery nightmare.

Delivery of this item was terrible. The delivery person left it partially in the road and refused to bring it to my house. He told me he could not bring it on my gravel driveway. I called his supervisor and it was even worse. I had to pay two people to move it from the road to my garage. Once in the garage I opened the countertop box and the countertop was broken. Don’t buy online

Terrible experience when part of the order was cancelled and it took a total of five and a half hours on hold with the store to try and get someone to fix the order and refund erroneous double charge. And to try and add install. A total nightmare because once you order online only the local store can fix it. And they don’t answer the phone.

Missing hardware

Very heavy vanity, well made. Has two dents, shipping damage. Missing the under mount sink hardware. Called customer service for replacement, took about 30 minutes, should receive replacement in 7 days.

Very nice and solid vanity!

This is a very nice vanity. All solid wood, nice hinges and sliders. Exceeds expectations. Adjustable feet is a nice touch.

Nice looking, poor quality, insulting support

A year after being installed the doors looked like they were bent! Contacted customer support who confirmed the vanity is still under warranty and proceeded to give me the run around for a few weeks of more questions, disconnected calls after eternal holds, the full playbook of a company that doesn't stand behind their product. Icing on the cake is the hold music: a song about being "on hold all day" and the customer service agent probably being engaged into other activities...

I am extremely upset with delivery of my 48" vanity. It was ordered online and delivered one week ahead of the promised date. I was not informed of the early delivery. I was at home when the delivery was made. The driver never rang my doorbell and left the vanity on a pallet in my driveway in the rain.

Good quality at competitive price

This was a "price match" purchase and even though the store policy was not supposed to also proved the military discount, they did to match the final sale price of the other supplier. I am very happy with the quality and customer service of the Aerial vanity we purchased
