Excellent Product

Postman likes it because he can put smaller packages in it also. Well built plus easy to mount. Weather protected being made of pvc type material. Also, from ordering to delivery, the time was superb, keep up the outstanding job as it is greatly appreciated.

Handy!

Just purchased this mailbox and so far have been very pleased with it. The quality seems very good and the little flag on the side that pops up when you get mail is super handy , especially if you have a long driveway to walk down and your mail carrier doesn't always go at the same time every day.

Good quality, easily installed, roomy

This is the second one for me. The last one was smashed by a State snowplow. They knocked it off the mount and post. The only downside with this product is that it doesn't come with the mounting plate. The mfg. should include it. Otherwise it's a good buy

Great Mailbox

We love this mailbox. We had this mailbox for years, but we just moved to a new house. We liked the mailbox so much that the 1st thing we had to do was order a new one & replace the old mailbox at the new house. It is so nice to be able to look out the window & see the yellow mailbox flag up, which tells us that the mail has arrived. I recommend this very durable, long lasting mailbox. It is the best!

Still fits

I replaced a 15 year old version of this same mailbox that was all faded out from the sun. I'd been putting Armorall on it every year or so, but one oversized box shoved in it made the door not want to stay closed. It was time to retire it. Somewhere in the intervening years they changed the design of the handle. The old one was better. But the bracket on the post still fits. Just popped the old one off and the new one on. Nice.

Great Mailbox

Had this mail box before, lasted for 15 years. I only replaced it with the same because my neighbor wanted to put both of our mailboxes on the same post and I talked him in to this model, they love it. Thanks Lowe's

Fits existing post perfectly...only wish it had a magnetic closure. Great size too!

Mailbox

This box is larger than most mailboxes. The shape is perfect for magazines, mail and small packages. It was easy to install and looks really good in front of the house. The quality is good.

Sturdy and Long Lasting

I bought this mailbox 20+ years ago. It's lasted all this time. The post I put it on faded and our HOA complained that it needed painting, but the box itself looks and works great. Only now, after 20 years, has the yellow "mail delivered indicator" flag begun to show wear and doesn't always raise when the door is opened. I'm happy to buy another one. And, I think the mail delivered indicator flag is a top feature for us. I couldn't find any other mail boxes with that feature.

Not the size advertised

This mailbox is listed as 12.4 inches wide. 12.4" wide on outside of box and shown in online listing. It is only 10.75 " wide. I ordered this particular mailbox because of the 12.4" width. I cannot reach anyone at Loews to discuss this. On hold for over an hour! I had this shipped to me, as I do not want to go into store because of covid19. I do not want to go into store to return these 4 mailboxes. I give the mailbox one star due to inaccurate description and Loews one star because I canno...

Won't stay shut

The mailbox is fine, but the door won't keep shut in the wind. Soooo, how good is a mailbox if it won't keep the mail inside?

Good mailbox

Had this same one, but the door wouldn't stay shut. I like the roominess and the quality. Hope this lid stays shut!

Nice and durable mailbox; like wider size and rubber material; replacing similar one I had for years.

The best, ever!

Because it's formed from a resin there won't be rust. Then, it's wide enough for magazines to lie flat. And, it's roomy enough for packages and mail plus the little yellow flag gets raised when the door has been opened so you even know when your mail has been delivered. Mine was recently destroyed by a tree trimming company and I asked that they replace it with an identical one. Others may cost more but I can't imagine being more practical.
