I've had this mailbox installed for about two years. To be completely transparent, I'm not sure what the expected lifespan of a mailbox is, but I do know that for my lifetime leading up to this point it's never been just 2 years. None of my neighbors have needed new mailboxes in the years that I've lived here either. Unfortunately, the entire door broke right off and cannot be repaired based on where the break happened. Sleek design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the simple but elegant design of this mailbox. For the large size, it is also pretty lightweight. My only criticism of it is that the painting seems shoddy. The exterior doesn't have any issues that I could see, but the paint is over sprayed/unfinished once you open the mailbox. It seems almost unfinished because of it.

Door hinge broke in a month - they used glue??

Pretty but the door hinge was secured with adhesive. It is the most important part and needs reinforcement. Broke in a month. Terrible design DO NOT PURCHASE!!

Not Weather Proof

This is a nice looking mailbox, but since we installed it our mail has been totally wet every time it rains or snows, even just a little bit. Cant figure out where or why its getting wet. Contacted the manufacturer and have not received a response back. Guess were gona have to figure it out ourselves, as we paid someone to install it for us and returning is not practical.

Solid Mailbox

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had an old plastic mailbox that had seen better days so decided to upgrade it to something nicer looking. This mailbox is a nice black metal and looks very modern sitting on the post. It was an easy install and looks much better now. I'd recommend this for sure.
