Would Not RecommendBought this at Lowe’s about 2 years ago. Last night someone with a screw driver pried it open. Hinge and frame bent to allow door to open. NOT secure because materials are weak!

Is really nice knowing someone cannot just go through your mailbox whenever they want. We witnessed this one day as someone was walking up the street in broad daylight going through everyone's mailbox. At times we have found mail that is still in the entry door but only once or twice. While installing the flag I overtightend the nut and broke off the bolt so we do not have a flag. This bolt is very small and too delicate. I felt like the nut wasn't tight at all and then it broke. Would RecommendThis is actually the second one I’ve purchased because of the durability. A thief destroyed my mailbox trying to gain access and it was strong enough to prevent the thief from getting into my mailbox to steal the mail from my business. Because of the appearance of the mailbox after being struck with tools trying to open it I decided to replace the mailbox with another one just like the original mailbox.

Would Not RecommendIt’s not the product - it’s LOWE’S! I never received the order, although I received multiple text messages that it was delivered to me. I called LOWE’s customer service 3x, never heard back, no follow up. No refund and no product. And Lowe’s don’t care. If I want refund I am supposed to go to a store and request it, although I ordered on line. Never have had such a bad experience.
