Beautiful finish

Solid Box

The magnetic door on this box works very well. It feels solid and has a nice outward appearance. The box is well constructed and appropriately sized. It would be ideal if the color of the box were color coordinated with the metal post also sold by Lowes. A method to assure stick on letters and numerals are correctly aligned on the box would be a nice addition.

Attractive and Sturdy

Nice looking and sturdy. A bit larger that most which is what I wanted. Would buy again.

Great quality

Magnet failed after 3 months.

Magnet to keep box closed failed after 3 months. The box now hangs open for my mail to get wet.

I am very happy with the large size, and I think my postal carrier is pleased as well since she is able to fit my packages so much easier. The installation was easy as I already had a post and just replaced my previous box with this. I really like the door on this model as the magnetic closing holds very well. I am very pleased with the overall look and function of the Bellevue model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This metal mailbox made by Bellevue is absolutely wonderful. It's sturdy and you can mount it either on a single post or the long handle mailbox post. I love that it has a magnet closure on the front to keep the door closed securely.

Can't knock me down

I used the hardware off of the one I was replacing... It's made of galvanized steel, weighs 9lbs, the capacity size is large, had a rigid steel flag, and a cast aluminum knob for front access...
