Easy to open and close.
Would RecommendEasy to install. The door is easy to open but stays closed when not in use. We used to have same model but it was heavier and harder to close.

The magnetic door closure is terrific. So is size!
Would RecommendLOVE the magnetic closure! I bought this to replace a decades old plastic mailbox that opened every time the wind blew. This new mailbox is fantastic. Worth every penny. Be mindful of the mounting locations.
