Nice mailbox
Would RecommendI went to the store planning to buy the standard cheap mailbox to replace my 30 year old mailbox. I saw this in Chapel Hill Lowes and really liked it. Of course this being Lowe's they didn't sell the right mounting plate in the store and the Gibralter plate does not fit. In the end I just used screws to go down into a wooden post. The only frustrating part is that there are no holes on the sides which is the most common way to mount a mailbox but I worked around it.

Would RecommendVery heavy and well built. Would have given it 5 stars if it came with mounting brackets and hardware. I guess the brackets are "available" just not stocked. Also NO info about needing them in the product info.
