Would RecommendI was not able to get the sheet metal on the roof for about 2 weeks after the underlayment was in place. It rained several times during this time frame and the underlayment held up well. Now I have the roof finished and we've had severe rain a couple of times with no leaks

Not adhesive at all
Would Not RecommendNot adhesive at all. Rolled out about 15 feet of the stuff and couldn’t get it to stick to the deck at all. Toured off and got my money back.

Would RecommendI am in process of installing a new roof on a cabin in southwest Virginia in an area that gets harsh very hard winters. This underlayment is tough, thicker than felt, and goes down easily. Follow the directions exactly in removing the protective film one side at a time, and you'll have no problem. It lays down flat, the adhesive tar on the backside eliminates the need for nails or staples to hold it in place. Put it down, and it's there! About $50 a roll, and worth every cent.
