I purchased this bidet during a remodel project. Overall, we are very pleased. I wish the water pressure was a bit higher. Other than that, it looks spendid, operates perfectly and it is a wonderful upgrade from our old toilet.

Would RecommendSo far it has been hit or miss with the vocal Commands and toilet set up. I think I will love it. Right now we have a learning curve. Sometimes the voice commands work and sometimes they don’t. I can’t seem to get the settings to stay between uses and then have to adjust in real time. The wash features are fantastic. Don't Order this from Lowes
This could be a great product but I wouldn't actually know. This is getting 1 star for the botched delivery. The delivery happens through a third party. The third party lost my order (they showed up with a bathtub and I had to refuse the delivery) and now Lowes refuses to send replacements or match the price I purchased it at. I really wanted to try this product but I guess not, and now after wasting hours on the phone with customer support, my only recourse is to leave this 1 star review,

When we walk up to it, the lid comes up and the seat automatically starts warming making it feel so comfortable. It flushes itself and cleans you and dries you, both, front and back.
