I didn’t receive the item and had to pay the plumber 160 for a call that I didn’t have the toilet I called numerous times and nobody answered then called again and called customer service . They sent me to lawn and garden for a toilet???? So I spent over a thousand dollars for the toilet then 160 out of pocket for the plumber that was ...

Happy with my purchase
Would RecommendI've had it installed for a month, and all the applications are working except for one: the seat heater isn't functioning. I'm currently contacting the support department for instructions, but I've already adjusted the temperature and I can't get the seat to heat up. Everything else, however, is working perfectly.
