Plastic components break

Bought three of these in 2019. One broke in 2021, less than 2 years later. Now, a second one broke, less than 4 years later. They have large metal springs, but the springs are held by small plastic pieces that are failing. And when they fail the springs and little shards of plastic go flying, which is dangerous. One broke while I was closing it, and I was almost hit in the face.

We ordered a bunch of this brand various shades and these are the only ones I wouldn't recommend. 1) They aren't snapping in to the brackets like the other blinds. They will pop out more easily than they are meant to. I'm concerned that they will pop out when pulling down on the blind. 2) the blinds do not hang evenly, even when we attempt to pull one side down slightly. 3) the strings are more visible than I expected.
