Don't buy Allen & Roth products!

Terrible customer service from Allen & Roth. My lights came with missing bulbs and they could offer no solution except to return the product. I had previously bought and installed these lights, the bulbs died after 2 years. 5 year warranty and all they said was take the fixture down and return. These lights are 30' up, we had to rent a cherry picker. They do not stand by their product!

Bulbs not replaceable!

I had bought this flexible track lighting several years ago. I had a bulb go out and I was not aware that the bulbs were not replaceable. So, I bought another whole new set and am using the bulbs only for replacements. It’s all good!

Not Very Flexible

Replaced old version with new one. Previous lasted several years, and was very flexible, track made of rubber material. I went to bend this one a little too much, realized it was made of plastic after it snapped/ broke. Still works, but the last foot or so broken apart. Be warned.

Replacement for one that was purchased about 18years ago. Looks great but you could operate under the lights. I painted the shades with a hammered finish paint because the wife said they were too bright. They look great and it toned them down. Can you guys make colored shades for these?

Great for landfill replenishment

Like so many others, light heads fail quickly. Integrated means built in bulb which can not be replaced. Replacement heads generally not available but might be found for a very high price.

Warning do not waste your money

As noted by many others, do not waste your money, bulbs not replaceable, buy something with replaceable light bulbs and save yourself the hassle. Lowes should not even carry this, it unneccesarily ruins thier reputation.

No replacement Bulbs Available

We thought these were a great looking lighting for our back room. Two bulbs go out within a month of each other and no option but to buy a new unit. Would not recommend or replace with.

Defective light and no customer service

I love the light. But one of the pendants did not work and when i called the contact number they said they didn't have any replacement parts for that light. They said i would have to uninstall it and send the whole light back before they would replace the fixture. I asked who was going to pay my installer to remove and another $200 to reinstall. They had no response. He was going to have a manager call me back. Still waiting for that call......Very dissapointed.

Don’t recommend

The fixture looks great.. for awhile. I bought this fixture several years ago. After about a year the lights started going out and the bulbs cannot be replaced. So after about six years I have one working light remaining out of six. My only option is to buy another fixture and pay an electrician to install it. Warranty wouldn't stand behind it after one year. Would NOT recommend this fixture!

Horrible Customer Service

I have repeatedly called about this product, which I paid nearly $200. Stay away from this product. The customer service is horrible. Lowes Service Advantage called 6 months after my initial call, only to be informed that my WARRANTY date had passed. I give them 5 stars for scamming me out of my money. Never again.

Love Hate relationship

LOVE...I moved into my home in 2020 and put up this BEAUTIFUL light. It was perfect...not too modern, not too contemporary. It blends with most decors. Many compliments and very functional. HATE... one LED light went out in 2024. I believe LEDs are supposed to have a longer lifespan? Also, realized that the "lamp" itself was not removable from the smaller light component. so I removed the lamp component that was out. LOVE/HATE...Went to my Low's lighting. Very Helpful. Pulled out instructions...

Just got this installed after 2 days of a little frustration. Had to buy a new way to support it as my ceiling wouldn't hold the enclosed support. After that it was pretty easy. We opted for just a straight track which made it much easier. I found a laser lever which really helped. The last problem is one of the lights does not work. Having Misgivings

We put one of these in and I love it. Very bright, very attractive undulating across our wood ceiling. I was ready to buy another for my office space, then read these reviews. I did not realize that "integrated lights" meant one could not replace a bulb. I already hate the flickering deathknell of halogen bulbs. This ups that horror significantly. Rethinking....
