Would RecommendPretty straight forward and easy install. Cat hasn't broken the drain yet, so it's fairly durable. I love the finish and it has held up to a bunch of scrape tests. Install was straight forward, I only wish it had come with adapters to go from the common 1/2" fitting to the newer 3/8" fittings. The included block off plate covers most standard 3 hole setups. Solid Construction!
Would RecommendJust holding the faucet in my hand getting it out of the box, I knew it was a quality product. It has a nice heft to it, the brushed finish was very premium-looking, and there wasn’t any plastic in sight. I’m excited to see how this holds up, as I have had finish longevity issues with other brands of the brushed nickel variety.

Would RecommendWell, the faucet was easy to install, make sure to use the easy-to-follow directions. No issues during installation, it probably took close to an hour, and the end product came out nice. The quality of the product was good and the look of the product, was what I was looking for, a more elegant but rustic addition to my country bathroom. My wife was thrilled, with the end results, as they say “Happy Wife, Happy Life”.

Fairly easy to install, I used the mounting plate to put it over our previous 4" center set holes with putty. The drain plug is nice and round, and the largeness is very sleek! Would RecommendI was slight dissatisfied with the size of the faucet. I’m going to have to install a larger sink and vanity in the bathroom. Otherwise it is really farmhouse. Would RecommendFirst time using an Allen+Roth fixture. And I love it! No problems with it and love the design, seems like every company has one of these in their faucet style. Water flow is perfect, no splashing around edges as I would have expected being that the water comes more forward then straight down at the drain. Would RecommendWe are completely gutting one of our bathrooms ourselves in order to save some money. This faucet is so gorgeous and looks like it costs a lot. It is super high quality and I love the way the water flows out of the faucet. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the pop-up drain assembly is made out of plastic so I worry that it could crack. Other than that, it is beautiful!

Great upgrade
Would RecommendInstall took about 45 minutes but the biggest problem was getting the old drain out. The new look is great I love the ease of one handle. I have found a good warm temperature and keep it there so my young daughter can easily just pull up to wash her hands. The sink stopper locks with just a push and holds the water in really well. The drain piece didn't sit fully flush with the sink basin but is still sealed well just different than the previous drain.

The baseplate, if you choose to use it requires a little more care to ensure the two pieces of it line up (metal top and plastic base).
