Cheap quality, gas won't stay on
Would Not RecommendBought this to replace our 15 yrs old logs. Installation was normal and easy. However the weight of the logs is a quarter of the old logs, feeling cheap. Then, the fire won't stay on unless it's set to maximum. Not sure what the issues is, maybe a broken thermostat leading to auto-shutoff? Tried calling their support but not one picks up.
