I bought one of these a few years ago, and it got crushed by a tree, and it was pretty good, although the canvas top needs to be replaced every few years, (in Michigan) this new one is so much lower quality, it won't last more than a few seasons. every part of it has been compromised by cost cutting tactics, and cutting corners. Started out good

After viewing videos I was able to install by myself. The first thing I was confused about was does this top vent go inside or out side of the roof. Inside lets rain in, outside the wind blows open and lets bugs in. I ended up sewing velcro around both so they would join together to hopefully solve this problem. Not really but ok. Fabric Canopy is defective and will tear

Fabric canopy will tear during assembly and lowes will not replace. This gazebo is unsafe and the canopy is made of subpar, defective materials. Stay away from this gaezbo!

Weakness and junk

Had it up one day and a little wind Bent it and it broke $700. Down the drain I do not recommend this junk would be nice to get a refund

Good product and easy assembly.

I was impressed with this product. It appears well made and sturdy. I put most of it together by myself but a helper would be advisable. Instructions were relatively clear and parts were well marked. The only reason I did not give it a 5 rating was due to several minor dents in the corner poles. The package was not damaged, and it looked like the defects were from the factory. I would guess there is poor quality control.

Too Light Weight for Florida

We bought this as a replacement for the same tent that we lost in Hurricane Ian. We are unboxing it today and find that it is half the weight of the tent we had. We are very disappointed. It won't last long in Florida.

Disappointed

We bought this gazebo and put it up around the end of May, 2022. It's now November, less than 6 months later and there are several rips in the top canopy. We haven't had any limbs fall on it and we took it down during the severe weather we had so it wasn't mistreated by any means. I'm very disappointed. The top should still be under warranty, but I have no idea who to contact or how to submit a claim. I also can't find a replacement for purchase on Lowes site even if I wanted to. I shouldn't hav...

Terrible quality

Collapsed during a storm and of course their warranty doesn’t cover weather. Although if my trash cans and kids toys didn’t get damaged or blow away, I’m Not sure how we’re blaming the weather and not the quality of this product. Tried calling and nobody ever called me back. Negative stats for customer service. They’re terrible.

Although it says easy assembly, give yourself time. Don’t try to rush the process. Roof can be tricky

Beautiful & sturdy if properly secured

We used extra large heavy duty zip ties on each leg base to attach it to our deck boards. In the North East or similar climates, to extend the life of the framing and delay rust - I would not leave it up during the winter months. You will need wrenches, ladders and two/three people to assemble, not difficult but it does take at least 3 hours.
