What Customers Are Saying
The product offers a mixed experience. Many customers initially praised its quality, easy assembly, and suitability for light use. However, a significant number reported issues with the durability of the metal frame and fabric canopy over time, which did not hold up well to harsh weather conditions. The consensus is that the product may be suitable for mild climates and light use, but is not well-suited for more challenging weather or heavy, long-term use.

Would RecommendBought from Lowes 13+ years ago. Took top off every wind storm, took structure down every winter. Had to buy new top 3x as it was torn. Bad surprise windstorm tore the mounting screws from deck and threw it. Not EA or Lowes fault. Great design. Looking for replacement, and likely to buy the same as metal is far more expensive.
Love this Gazebo
Would RecommendPurchased this gazebo about a year ago. We live in a very windy area and I do take the canopy off during storms. Takes me about 4min to take it off and 15min to put it back on by myself. We secured the metal poles in 80lbs of concrete, per pole, and built planter boxes around the concrete. Still need to remove the top or yes, it will rip in winds, but the frame itself does not move at all. This is a beautiful gazebo and I am very happy with the purchase.
be sure to take the canopy in at night
Would Not Recommendi purchsed the same item a several years ago it was well made and our family really enjoyed it. sadly it was destroyed during a snow storm, the new one was made of cheaper materials the corners were 3" square vs 4" sq. on the old one the base was made up of some cheap connection and in my opinion will do nothing to support the structure during a storm. i sunk treated 4x4 into the ground to be able to allow the structure to stand over winter, just have to take the canopy in.

Unable to order replacement canopy
Would Not RecommendWe purchased this in August of 2022. Canopy cover was removed during the winter and only used in spring/summer of 2023. The frame came with a few dents but nothing that was structural. During a bad summer storm, we were not home, and not able to remove the top in time - wind sent the entire canopy tumbling through the back yard. The frame was relatively unharmed, however the canopy was torn. We have been attempting to order a new canopy for a year now, and have consistently been told it's out of...

ALLEN AND ROTH GAZEBO
Would Not RecommendWE REALLY LIKED THE GAZEBO. I T LOOKED GREAT AND WAS EASY TO ASSEMBLE. WE PUT THIS UP IN JULY 2022 AND THE TOP DISINTEGRATED 1 1/2 YEARS LATER. WE ARE CONSIDERING A NEW TOP FOR THIS OR MAYBE JUST BUY A BETTER QUALITY GAZEBO. THE FABRIC SHOULD HAVE LASTED LONGER THAN THIS..
Great look. Sturdy fixture
Would RecommendFor the Reviews you'll see about people setting it up wrong, or being upset that they couldn't return it after thieves stole parts and it collapsed in a wind storm.... take them for what they're worth, and put accountability where it belongs. It's true, most stuff is made in China. If you can get over that, the model I have seems to be a little older: my pillars are actually 4"x4", whereas the newer ones I've seen seem to be 3"x3". As for mine, it's been up for over 2 years, through hell and hig...
Horrible Customer Service
Would Not RecommendGazebo completely collapsed into itself- disfigured metal frame with broken joints. Should be covered under warranty as I've only had some months. Customer service wants to blame logistics, logistics wants to blame warranty, and say even if approved, must be returned in store. Purchased online, no boxes since its been up for months. Been on the phone for hours being shunted around. How am I supposed to return an assembled 10x12 malformed metal structure to Lowes? 700+ down the drain.
Read all instruction before starting.
This is a great product. Easy to assemble once all parts are laid out and verified. The only issue was not having a better description for hanging the screen and outer partition

Gazebo price
Would RecommendWe picked this up for 200. At Lowes due to water damaged boxing. Took it home, and everything inside was wrapped and fresh. For 200, I couldn't pass it by. Wasn't even shopping for one in the 1st place. Couldn't pass it by
It is well built.
Would RecommendIt was a gift for a family member and they were thrilled with it.

Defi Recommend if you are in the market
Looks great, good quality. I was skeptical spending this much for one of these but we spend a lot of time on our patio in the summer and entertain friends and family. the sun can be brutal and we often just retreated back inside. this has been the perfect solution. we still get sunlight which I like for my plants but we control where. and my older parents come over just to sit and watch the birds undercover. so cute. We also love the curtains we can close them when as the sun changes di...

Great Gazebo
Would RecommendEasy to assemble. Only needed 2nd person to lift corner poles in position. The rest I did by myself. Still I recommend two people. The top is waterproof. This is the third one I have put together.

great gazebo but roof does not last long
Would Not RecommendWe love this gazebo for the functionality however the roof only lasted 2 years without ripping. We live in the Midwest and take the roof down in the winter but the sun fades the roof and then it just shreds. We are on our second roof and this one faded in one summer and ripped in one year.
