Quality Awning

Relatively easy assembly, but will take two people to complete. Awning is well built a d looks great on our patio.

Shoddy

Curtain panels are the wrong size and customer service cannot resolve. Waiting fro hear from manufacturer might take months.

Poor quality and poor customer service

Purchased gazebo March of 2024, the canopy metal frame has collapsed, was told because I was 2 weeks past 1 year they would not replace it, I've tried to purchase the frame, I asked several times were the item I was purchasing the metal frame, he said yes but it is actually just the soft top,. This is my second gazebo from Lowes, the first one lasted 5 years, this gazebo did not last a year from the time I installed to the time it collapsed, frame is a lot thinner.

Had the product delivered undamaged and with all of the pieces, I’m sure it would’ve been very nice.

good while it lasted.. less than a year

we live in Maryland so we have average winters and average summers. we had a wind storm that was less than 50 mph. after the storm I inspected a small hole in the canopy top. 1 week later there is a giant hole at every point and one half completely ripped down the seem from top to bottom. owned for around 8 months

Love this Gazebo!

Great quality and detailed instructions, easy to follow. Very spacious and love the netting option to allow air flow in addition to the closed curtains to keep out wind. Very pleased with this purchase!

Great

Over 2 years this has been great for the price. we may need a new cover in a year or two, hopefully they still have them. we live in NC so heavy rains in worst we get. we did bolt to concrete. we've had an awesome time with adding lights and fan and sitting under in the good weather. curtains and netting built in is time and money saver.

Pay close attention to the nuts and bolts needed.

Poor quality, poor customer service

Both the top air vent cover and main fabric cover ripped in multiple places under light to moderate winds. I called customer service and filed a warranty claim. I was told I would hear from Allen & Roth in 3-5 business days. Over 3 weeks passed and no form of communication received. It appears the initial customer service agent never filed the claim correctly and so it never reached the manufacture! Now the wait is an additional 3-5 business days. on it's 8th year !

purchased this gazebo 8 years ago, I leave the main frame up all year and just remove the roof section. although we have replaced the top fabric for the roof about every 2 years, the rest is over 8 years and still in excellent shape ! it has survived many storms and snowy winters. best money I've spent ! would definitely recommend !

Going on 3rd Spring/Summer Season

This was a great buy. After the initial install, we leave the frame up over the fall and winter months, carefully store the curtains and canopy and then start all over the next Spring. The biggest hassle is getting the canopy up and over the frame, after that just time and patience. We use plastic planters with decorative rocks to secure it and it doesn't move. Just pulled it back out and all that's left to do is put the fan back up.

Well worth the money

It was very nice and not to bad to put together. The only thing was there was a hole in top canopy, but i got in touch with allen and roth and they are sending a new top. Customer service was very good.

Purchased to replace a allen and ross 10x12 gazebo but found this one which was advertised as the one I wanted to replace at same price was I joke Poles went four ins to two inches Whole gazebo was made as cheap as you could get If I didnt need now I would nave set it back Complete false advertisement .Will nt re3commend any from Lowes or Alle ross
