Too Light Weight for Florida

We bought this as a replacement for the same tent that we lost in Hurricane Ian. We are unboxing it today and find that it is half the weight of the tent we had. We are very disappointed. It won't last long in Florida.

Good buy for the money

Good solid construction, good coverage, looks great. Easy set up for a 2 person job. Done in about an hour. Little more wobbly than I'd like, but not bad. Don't take your time securing it, it's a great kite as well. PRO TIP: in high winds, undo the velcro siding around the canopy.

Disappointed

We bought this gazebo and put it up around the end of May, 2022. It's now November, less than 6 months later and there are several rips in the top canopy. We haven't had any limbs fall on it and we took it down during the severe weather we had so it wasn't mistreated by any means. I'm very disappointed. The top should still be under warranty, but I have no idea who to contact or how to submit a claim. I also can't find a replacement for purchase on Lowes site even if I wanted to. I shouldn't hav...

Satisfied in paradise

I love this gazebo. Super sturdy and perfect size. I like how you have the option to close the mosquito net, the curtains (for privacy) on each of 4 sides, or tie both to poles to keep open. Set up was pretty straightforward and simple. I did majority along with my 9-year-old son. The only spot where my wife had to come help was to pass the small top around the large top for me to grab from the small top opening. You have to get pretty high with the top installation. Bad Customer Service

The only problem that I had was installing myself. Thieves took out some screws (and took patio furniture) a week ago. Today the wind picked it up (stakes and all) & it flew a few feet away, into my new neighbor's yard. The fabric ripped and the poles were bent and broken. I purchased it June 20th & it was delivered June 22, 2022. This happened a few hours ago. I called Lowe's and was transferred a few times to get told, "No, there's nothing that I can do about it." Great gazebo for the price

Excellent gazebo for the price. We had couple of nights of strong wind and it has held up good so far. The mosquito net is a bonus with all the bugs we are having this year.

Terrible quality

Collapsed during a storm and of course their warranty doesn’t cover weather. Although if my trash cans and kids toys didn’t get damaged or blow away, I’m Not sure how we’re blaming the weather and not the quality of this product. Tried calling and nobody ever called me back. Negative stats for customer service. They’re terrible.

Great price!

Haven’t opened it yet. Delivery was prompt and they even left it in the backyard for us.
